Business and Personal EA

A once in a lifetime role has arisen for an EA who wants to work in in a team to join the private office of an UHNWI with interests in an array of investments and technology ventures are looking for a hugely driven and motivated EA to support a senior EA in the business, located in her palatial home in a well known suburb of London. You are a natural team player with exceptional communication and writing skills who is look for a role that will give exposure across multiple business interests.

No one day will the same; this role is the definition of varied; your duties will be move seamlessly from business to private support and are looking for someone who has that exposure in their current role. You will assist from anything from scheduling intricate global travel planning to ensure timely invoice payment. Successful inbox management will be play a huge part of this role as you filter, highlight, respond and delete accordingly ensuring you understand her business priorities.

Working closely with the senior EA in place; this bond created will be key to ensure this dynamic, well connected, exceptional successful UHWNI has her scheduled managed fantastically with no errors!

Ideally from technology, venture capital or an entrepreneurial working environment you are used to change being the only constant and working within a collaborative team to provide a seamless service.

This role will involve out of hours contact and a can do attitude with a focus on problem solving and always being supremely organised. This role will be a pivotal role in an EA's career due to the growth anticipated for her various business interests.
