Team Coordinator/PA – I.T. Marketing Technology firm – West London - £24-28k
Dynamic Marketing Technology firm based in West London are actively recruiting a Team Coordinator/PA to join their growing marketing team to provide administration and PA support to three key Directors along with ad hoc support to the wider team of 20 within Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, ambitious, highly organised candidate to join a fast paced, sociable team.
- Managing multiple diaries
- Organising meetings
- Arranging mainly domestic and some European and international travel
- Preparing expense claims
- Assisting with on boarding of new staff including desk allocations, team briefings and IT requirements
- Planning, managing and organising internal events for staff and some client events
- General administration duties including reception cover a few hours weekly to help relieve the main receptionist, delivering post to the team, minuting meetings and managing absence forms
- Update the company intranet content
- Handling calls for customer support and producing follow up letters
- Assisting with ad hoc projects for the team as and when required
- Ideally 1-2 years previous administration experience within a corporate environment
- Highly organised, diligent, good attention to detail, able to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self motivated, confident
- Good MS Office skills
- 22 days holiday with an additional day on each year’s anniversary until reaching 25 days
