Amazing Independent Comms Agency - PA to MDs and Head of Account Management

Our client is one of the largest Independent Communications Agency in the UK.  They are currently looking for an enthusiastic, efficiently and experienced PA/EA to support and organise their 2 Managing Directors and Head of Account Management as well as to help coordinate the entire account management department.  This really is such a cool Agency who employ some of London’s most talented people!  This role is both challenging and extremely rewarding and they are looking for someone who has the tenacity and passion to make the jobs and lives of their 3 bosses run as smoothly as possible.  The ability to be proactive as well as reactive is essential as the role is exciting and reflects the fast-paced nature of the Advertising industry.  This will be an initial 12 month contract.

Key roles and responsibilities:-

• Extensive diary and meeting management
• Effectively manage email inboxes
• Exercising confidentiality, discretion and a strong sense of propriety when dealing with client or sensitive material
• Ability to build strong relationships across the agency
• Organise travel including itineraries for all manager
• Corporate/client entertainment and events (Wimbledon, Rugby, Dinners, Drinks etc)
• Coordination of account management department
• Recruitment – working with agencies, tracking all CVs, setting up interviews
• New Joiner on-boarding
• Quarterly Breakfast meetings
• Help to schedule department training
• Ad hoc project

PA requirements will include:-

• Previous Advertising or Media experience as a PA
• The ability to work with people at all levels, often under pressure using excellent communication skills
• Being an excellent and committed team player who is good at prioritising their workload
• Having excellent IT skills
