Temporary team administration position for a buzzing, social outgoing team based in the city! This is an ongoing role that could potentially lead to a permanent position for the right individual.
Supporting a team of four you will be:
- Providing administrative support to four high performing individuals
- Formatting documents and uploading to the CRM
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to pull together reports
- HR Administration - updating personal files, collecting passports, references for new employees
- Finance administration - entering contractor hours into the database and chasing timesheets
This position will suit an individual who has a solid administrative background who is passionate and takes pride in their work. Ideally you will be able to commence within one week.
