German Speaking PA
London based client seeking a fluent German speaking experienced P/A to join their team of an international manufacturing company. The role is a traditional 1:1 P/A role. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced German speaking P/A seeking to enhance their career. Candidates should also have proficiency in MS office and possess strong internet skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
-Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
-Diary and calendar management of MD.
-Phone calls in English and German
-Coordinating arrangements for guests
-Opening and distributing post
-Translation of documents
-Organising and arranging meetings and adequate catering
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience;
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Solid administrative experience is essential
-Strong organisation skills
-Good level of Microsoft skills
-Flexible and ability to prioritise efficiently
-Tactful and discretion
-Work under pressure
-Ability to work extended hours wherever necessary
