Slovenian speaking Panel Support Coordinator
On behalf of my client with a Global presence within Market Research, I am currently recruiting for a Slovenian speaking Panel Support coordinator for an on-going temporary role in central London
This role is due to start immediately and is expected to last a minimum of 9 months.
Our client requires a Slovenian speaker to work for 24-35 hours per week between Monday to Friday starting with 24 hours per week and increasing to 35 hours per week
Work can be completed from home and in the office
A Panel Support operator's job entails supporting one or more research panels. The main responsibility is to reply to the e-mail messages and phone calls from panel members by resolving problems and complaints. There is also an element of translation and proof reading to the role.
Fluency to native level in spoken and written Slovenian AND English is essential
Previous experience in customer service and proofreading is preferred for this role.
Strong IT skills in all MS Office packages is also essential to this role along with clear communication and attention to detail skills. The application process for this role involves a Microsoft Outlook Test and a written Language test so candidates must be confident in their level of ability in these areas.
