Team Assistant



We are currently seeking a Team Assistant for a prominent investment company based in Bank. You will be supporting the Wealth Management team, a friendly and vibrant division of the company. This is fast paced and exciting role, ideal for someone with financial experience who excels in an administrative/supporting role.

As the Team Assistant your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Wealth Management team with all admin tasks
  • Administrating and maintaining the departments filing system
  • Data entry and input into in house systems
  • Letter and minute writing
  • Email and diary management for Managers
  • Organising meetings and appointments

Experience/Skills required:

• Can-do attitude

• Proactive

• Proficient with MS Office package

• Previous experience within a financial and corporate environment

You will need to have excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will need the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and have a positive attitude. You must have great communication skills and be professional in your approach and you will need to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
