Our client, a well-established, prestigious Fund Management firm, based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an experienced Assistant to work in their Investor Relations team.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Diary management for the IR team and calendar appointments: tracking and managing meetings, ensure post meeting notes are recorded, write and distribute pre-meeting notes, produce internal reports, update presentations, maintain the CRM system, ensure data is continuously updated, ensuring notes and meetings are correctly recorded, managing system upgrades, update distribution lists
- Updating fund information on the website, uploading documentation, general maintenance, and managing investor access to website
- Liaison across the firm to gain information and data required for monthly reports
This role can offer progression and growth within the role in time. Certainly, there will be scope to become the number one contact for the fund administrator, and assist the Head of Investor Relations and other team members with any ad hoc projects that may arise.
To be considered for this role you must have the following: 2:1 Degree or above from a Russell Group or red brick University. Have work experience gained ideally within an investment firm or similar. If no investment sector experience, you must have a very good understanding of the sector and a true desire to work in Fund Management, with an interest in Investor Relations. As a person, you should be bright, intelligent, articulate and measured. Attention to detail is paramount in this role, proven experience of working with information that is highly sensitive is essential. You should enjoy a corporate working environment, and understand the pressures and demands on performance in such an environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant with strong Investment Sector experience to progress into a more involving role with scope to learn and work with a highly experienced team.
