A Recruitment Coordinator is needed to support a small team of 4 in an incredibly successful and leading Asset Management firm in the heart of the city! This is a 5-12 month maternity contract. You will become a key player in the growth of the firm from its current status of 450 employees by supporting the recruitment team in every way and overseeing the entire administration of the recruitment process! As well as occasionally supporting the HR department this role is extremely fast paced and requires a Recruitment coordinator who has experience in a people focused position who can build rapport quickly and efficiently action all administrative tasks.

Key duties include:

*Building relationships with candidates, agencies, reference checking companies and internal teams
*Co-ordinating and scheduling interviews
*Dealing with complex diaries
*Relationship management between agencies, candidates and internal management
*Generate reports and analysis to help continually improve the recruitment process
*Ad Hoc project work
*Scope to be involved in more recruitment orientated duties such as adverts and telephone interviews

Key qualifications:

*Experience in a recruitment environment is preferred but not essential
*Ability to juggle a busy work load and keep calm under pressure
*Experience in managing calendars and interviews in a timely fashion
*Meticulous worker and eye for detail
*Excellent use of excel and interpreting data
*Robust attitude and friendly manner to build rapport with different types of people

This is a maternity cover opportunity starting from a period of 5 months that could extend to 12 months paying £35,000.
