A great opportunity has come up for an experienced Administrator to join a busy Interior Design firm based in Essex supporting their busy Sales team.
Working as the sole support to a team of Business Development Manager’s you are responsible for managing the administration process dealing with the leads handed over from the team. You’ll be managing diaries, liaising with clients, assisting with new leads, acting as gate-keeper, updating spreadsheets and creating client and project files. You’ll also be assisting with the organisation of projects and events, including conferences, client meetings and industry events as well as providing general administration support where needed, assisting with purchasing and product sourcing. It’s a great varied role requiring excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise, think on your feet and remain calm at all times. They are a great firm who offer a lot to their staff with a friendly and positive team who work well together. The successful person will need proven administration experience, ideally in sales support in the interiors, furniture, architecture or a similar creative industries with good juggling skills.
