PA - Creative Advertising Agency - Mat Cover 12 Month FTC - 35-38K

Our client, a cool and super creative, advertising agency, is looking for an exceptional PA to join their London office on a 12 month Maternity Cover contract. They are a really innovative and fun company to work for so this is a great opportunity for somebody with previous experience in advertising looking for the next stage in their career. Day to day, you will be responsible for all PA duties including heavy diary management; setting up meeting rooms and catering; managing inboxes; organising extensive travel for all managers; arranging client entertainment and events; processing timesheets and expenses and more. You will also assist the account management team with any recruitment, events and general admin. You will be keeping the team on track and must be sociable and love organising as they are a creative bunch who need help organising themselves!

You MUST have at least 3-5 yeears PA experience within the advertising industry. You must be able to work with people at all levels, often under pressure, and maintain a friendly demeanour at all times. You must be a team player who can prioritise your work effectively. The team would love someone incredibly efficient! You must also have excellent IT skills, particularly on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
