Friendly, high end investment house based in SW London is currently looking for a bright, intelligent and sophisticated Career Receptionist to start ASAP. You will need to be happy with a stand-alone Reception role. The wider team are absolutely lovely and regularly have social events to get involved with – they are welcoming, sociable and dynamic so this truly is a wonderful company to become part of.

Working 8:30 – 6 with an hour for lunch, your role will consist of:

  • Sole management of the front of house reception area, maintaining the highest standards and levels of service
  • Managing meeting rooms and room bookings
  • Managing the switchboard
  • Managing office calendars
  • Teas and coffees and all hospitality request for meetings
  • Expenses
  • Couriers, post, taxis and deliveries
  • Updating excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Events assistance for client events and internal events
  • General administration support for wider office Overflow PA work including invoices and travel bookings

The ideal Career Receptionist candidate will have:

  • Solid Reception, Receptionist and / or Front of House experience
  • Open, warm personality
  • Self- managing and self-motivating
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Enjoy 'owning' the Reception area
