A amazing new opportunity is now available for a highly diligent and organised individual to join an International Media Company. This PA / Sales Co-ordinator role offers great opportunities for progression in an exciting industry!

As PA / Sales Co-ordinator, you will be reporting to the Senior Vice President supporting them with PA duties including co-ordinating international travel arrangements, diary management, preparing PowerPoint Presentations, Compiling reports, Processing expenses and other ad hoc duties such as arranging client hospitality. As PA / Sales Co-ordinator, you will also have a great deal of responsibility supporting the Sales Team for UK & EMEA. Your duties will include, liaising with clients regarding rights/costs as appropriate, processing all licence fee and material invoices, tracking all deals, providing correct copyrights, credits and logo requirements to clients and producing e-brochures on the website to mail out to clients.

As this PA / Sales Co-ordinator role has two different elements to it, it is essential that you will be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. As PA / Sales Co-ordinator, you will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of establishing constructive relationships quickly with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. In order to be successful for this PA / Sales Co-ordinator role, you will have experience of undertaking a similar role within an entertainment business. It is essential that you are computer literate and are familiar working with programmes such as MS Office, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint etc.
