PA to Partner

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join a large construction consultancy in London to provide PA support to a Partner and a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Copy typing outgoing , producing fee invoices, reports, submissions
• Diary management
• Producing presentations and bid documentation using PowerPoint and InDesign
• Coordinating travel
• Arranging hospitality and functions
• Maintaining project and fee files
• Setting up meetings and conference calls

The succesful candidate will be polished, corporate and possess a flexible and can-do attitude.
