German speaker Customer Service Executive

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in German and English to join its vibrant international team ASAP. No experience is required for this position our client is simply looking for candidate who are switch on, friendly, proactive, and motivated.
Salary goes between 18600k + bonuses
Please note that our client is specifically looking for candidates who are available to work some weekends and some evening shifts. This position offers full time hours (40 hours per week) in shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
What is the role?
As a CSE you will act as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations by handling a variety of enquiries.
*You will liaise between the guest and accommodations: modification of reservations, handling special requests and complaints by phone and e-mail
*Actively participate in various projects within the department;
*Promote the culture of the company along with your colleagues;
*And most importantly DELIVER A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE;
The ideal candidate?
*Will have excellent communication and problem solving skills;
*Takes responsibility and ownership;
*Is passionate about helping customers;
*Fluent in both written and spoken English and German;
*Flexible in working hours;
*In possession of a valid work-permit for the UK.
