A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a City-based client for a professional, well-presented experienced French speaking Personal Assistant to support a small team of directors on their international trading platform in a busy, cross-functional bilingual PA role.

This is a wonderful opportunity for French and English speaking PA to become part of a thriving and well-established team as well as offering a generous salary with excellent benefits. As bilingual French and English speaking PA you daily duties will include multiple diary and inbox management, coordinating extensive travel and accommodation arrangements, arranging for travel visas, scheduling meetings and appointments, greeting clients, processing invoices and expenses, preparing presentations, managing office supplies, providing ad-hoc al secretarial cover for other departmental secretaries as well liaising with externals offices and managing the teams holidays and coordinating corporate events and hospitality when required.

To be considered for this role suitable candidates must be perfectly fluent in English AND French, possess a proven PA /Secretarial background from an international / blue-chip working environment whilst demonstrating excellent resilience under pressure and excellent multitasking skills within a busy, ever-changing environment. You will be autonomous; proactive; solutions focused and have excellent attention to detail.


  • Perfect fluency in English AND French is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • A demonstrable PA / EA background
  • Corporate mind-set and presentation
  • Proven PA/EA experience from a fast-paced, corporate trading/ blue-chip/FSTE 1000 company environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and confident in communicating at all levels
  • Excellent administration and IT skills (MS Word, Ms Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint )
  • A team-player mentality with great motivation and enthusiasm
