Executive Assistant to HR Director £60K, Middlesex

Your new role
Coordination & attending board meetings; managing minutes, coordinating the actions and taking accountability. Extensive Diary management and travel arrangements. Drafting correspondence, preparing high quality and building reports for internal and external stakeholders. (Some international travel will be required)
What you'll need to succeed
Strong project management experience, Excellent written & verbal skills, having excellent attention to detail and being the 'go to' person. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office & Google mail, strong senior stakeholder engagement & influencing skills. Management experience to lead the PA team. Degree is essential.
