Our client is an extremely successful high-end interior design co and they are seeking a hard-working Personal Assistant / Office Manager. You will ideally have at least 2-3 years’ PA experience under your belt.
Duties:
- Booking travel & organising itineraries
- Diary management
- First point of contact for all clients
- Fielding calls & dealing with any enquiries
- Liaising with external contractors
- Assisting the Creative Director when necessary
- Office Management duties – ordering stationery, keeping the office in a tidy condition
This is a fantastic PA/OM position for someone looking to break into the interiors industry. Ideally you will be someone who is organised, confident, a communicator and be capable of juggling lots of different tasks. You will be a first point of contact so you must be extremely personable.
