Our client, a boutique management consultancy, is looking for a proactive, confident and calm Project Coordinator to join their team.
This person must be degree level and have at least 1 years' experience in a fast paced environment and have advanced PowerPoint skills; you will be preparing and formatting client presentation documents to a high standard, updating detailed status reports, coordinating workshops and corporate events and generally supporting the wider team throughout the pitch process. There will also be some office management duties and you will be required to cover reception when necessary as this is a small team.
You must be an excellent communicator, great time management skills and advanced computer skills. This is a creative company so you must also be naturally curious, positive and have a genuine interest in working within a small creative team in a secretarial role.
