Calling all Air Hostesses looking to make their transition into a corporate environment!

A private equity firm based in Mayfair, with slick offices and stunning views over London, is looking for a sophisticated Receptionist to be the ambassador and gate keeper for their firm. This is a fantastic role for a Receptionist who has extremely refined communication skills and who can bring a personable approach to this company in order to become the 'go-to' person for all clients and visitors! This is a hands-on and dynamic Receptionist position taking on Team Assistant duties and providing secretarial support where needed.

Key duties are:

*Answering internal and external calls; managing a switchboard
*Managing all general email enquiries
*Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing refreshments
*Diary management and travel arrangement
*Booking couriers, taxis and reservations
*Meet & Greet of clients
*Responsible for post exchange
*Managing filing systems and records
