Executive Assistant

Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End require a proactive and confident Executive Assistant to join their growing team.

Your previous experience will assist you in your responsibilities of complex support to an extremely busy individual by being a true right hand support - full inbox, diary and travel management, processing all expenses, acting as gate keeper and preparing for board meetings will be consistent, alongside any adhoc or personal support required.

This role will suit an extremely detail orientated and motivated individual, who is able to step into a role and hit the ground running. You will have demonstrable experience assisting to senior level (ideally within a financial/professional services organisation) and be adaptable to an ever changing environment. Your organisational skills will be second to none and you will be un-flappable under pressure, able to multi-task conflicting priorities. You will also be able to start immediately.

In return for your high work ethic, this role will reward you with a truly exciting opportunity to support at senior level to a cutting edge organisation.

If this role or similar sounds of interest and you are available immediately for temporary and contract assignments please do get in touch. The temporary market is incredibly busy and at the pace the roles are being filled we are not able to advertise all the live opportunities so please enquire for a full list of vacancies.

Due to the high volume of enquiries that we receive, we are not always able to respond to all CVs. If you have not received a response within one week, please assume that your application has been unsuccessful in this instance. Thank you for your interest in Tay Associates. If you are already registered with Tay Associates, please express your interest in this role to your consultant.
