Our client is a brilliant start-up that is taking the food industry by storm! They are looking for an all-round administrator to join their fun and bubbly team in West London. 

Duties:

  • Keep the office organised on a daily basis
  • Coordinating board and external meetings
  • Organise team events
  • Arranging sample send outs
  • Creating reports
  • Ordering stationery and carrying out stock checks
  • Assisting the Marketing & HR Team
  • Looking after interns and new starters

This is a fantastic administration position where no two days are the same; a busy role with lots to get involved in.  You have to be proactive, on the ball, forward thinking and happy to roll up your sleeves and muck in. This is really exciting role and such a good opportunity for someone looking to join a fun and creative company!
