This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager to join a leading global executive search firm. This is a varied role where you will be working with the team across all areas of the day to day running of the company, including supporting the administrative processes, meeting and greeting clients and much more.
This role requires someone proactive and used to working in a fast paced environment, who is willing to muck in and help wherever necessary to support the team and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
- Office and facilities management
- Process incoming mail and post
- General administrative duties
- Take incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Purchase stationary and general office supplies
- Maintain a tidy and efficient general filing system
