EA to CEO & Financial Director

EA to CEO & FD, 9-12 month maternity cover job, Property consultancy firm, City of London based, up to £38K

Your new company
A global property and construction consultancy firm based in the City of London are looking for an EA to support the CEO and Financial Director. Working with private investors and firms as well as with public sector clients your new business is pushing the boundaries of what is possible and what can be achieved through agenda, innovation and expertise on the world platform. This job is a maternity cover contract for 9-12 months.

Your new role
You will be working for both the CEO and Financial Director in a position of great responsibility and exposure, providing professional, forward-thinking and unprecedented EA support. You will undertake dairy and scheduling management, coordinate travel and itineraries, document control, prepare packs and meeting presentations, liaise with contacts and clients on their behalf and provide full EA backing. You will also provide ad hoc support to other members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working within property, construction or engineering consultancy or within a similar business. You will have a proven track record of supporting senior individuals and work in a confident, assertive and positive manner. You will be driven, be a solution finders, be someone who works with initiative and vigour, and is able to take on any challenge a high level EA role presents.
