My client, an organisation based in Richmond is looking to recruit a Client Services Assistant to assist with the after care of some recent events that have been held.

This is a three month contract starting as soon as possible so you need to be available immediately.

Responsibilities will include:

* Communicating will all clients to ensure they receive an excellent services and collect payments for events they have attended
* Update the system and make sure all paperwork is accurate
* Deal with any incoming calls and resolve queries efficiently
* General administrative work as and when required

To be considered for this role you will need:

* To have excellent customer service skills
* To have excellent attention to detail
* To be IT literate
