Property Manager

I have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our client based in the luxurious area of Kensington as a Property Manager.

This is truly a fantastic opportunity for someone to put their passion for the London property market into good use. You will be working with a supportive close knit team, so it is essential you are a team player!

This position will cover all aspects of property management (booking plumbers, electricians, handy man, annual gas safety etc.) as well as collecting rent, commission, involving, paying landlords, paying contractors payroll, deposits etc.

For the right candidate our client will offer you the opportunity to take the ARLA exam on their behalf! The hours of work will be 9.30 - 18.30 with a Saturday rotation system generally working 1 Saturday a month.
