Personal Assistant/Office Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international finance house based in beautiful and newly refurbished offices in Mayfair is looking for an experienced PA/Office Manager
This is an extremely varied role and will encompass all office administrative assistance, office management and front of house support. as well as assisting with marketing and communication support.
The Primary Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
All office Management including ordering all supplies and stationery, managing research subscriptions, overseeing suppliers contracts and liaising with cleaners etc
Front of House support - meeting and greeting all clients and visitors to the office, answering the main switch board, offering all refreshments and lunches when required
Marketing and Communication Support - Creating and amending client presentations
Research Support - creating and amending presentations and spreadsheets, ordering and organising company financials and reports, coordinating meetings and travel
Researching for the team and any other ad hoc projects as they arise
PA support for the London team - which will include diary management, arranging client meeting, preparing expense reports, arranging client meetings , booking extensive travel
This is a fantastic role that would suit a self starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is available immediately.
