Sales Advisor



We are currently seeking a Sales Adviosr for a growing national construction and property company. You will effectivley be managing the sales growth for the divsion as well as monitoring the market and trends.

Duties will include:

  • To generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.
  • To maximise the use of the telephone as a sales tool.
  • To research the marketplace
  • To maintain the presentation of the sales areas to the highest standard.
  • To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service.
  • To anticipate and manage the threat of cancellation and minimise cancellation rates.
  • To effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints.
  • To work as a participative member of the sales team to ensure that the site is effectively managed and information is widely shared.
