An internationally recognised UK based Fund Management firm has an opening for a PA to join their team on a *Maternity Contract* starting in mid-October this year!
The PA / Personal Assistant will carry out traditional diary management and detailed travel arrangements including precise and logical information and well thought out itineraries. Manage all internal/external meetings , liaise directly with brokers to arrange meetings and ensure that all relevant paperwork is ready for each meetings. Other PA / Personal Assistant activities include general correspondence of letters/emails, undertaking any ad hoc tasks and covering any holidays. The PA /Personal Assistant will work alongside PA's/Personal Assistants, the office manager and senior members of the team.
It is essential to have 1 years' experience as a PA/Personal Assistant. The ideal PA/Personal Assistant will have excellent organisational skill and interpersonal skills, be articulate and numerate, approach work with natural diligence and attention to detail. If you are a team player, conscientious and determined to do every task to the best of your ability this could be ideal for you!
