Title: Italian speaking Receptionist
Company: International real estate firm with office based in the heart of Mayfair
Purpose of the job:
* Present an efficient, professional and friendly image to represent the company
* Meeting and greeting visitors at the front desk
* Answering phone calls/emails/fax, photocopying requests
* Taking message and referring to an appropriate alternative source in the absence of other members of staff
* Arrange and co-ordinate the preparation of internal or external meetings/lunches including booking meeting room, refreshment/restaurant and accommodation;
* Arranging couriers and taxis
* Insuring messages are brought to the attention of the appropriate staff in a timely fashion
* Assisting Office Manager with diary management and travel bookings functions
* Assisting the rest of the team with general administration and projects
* Provide a confidential personal assistant support to CEO of the company
* Perform ad hoc duties as required
* Ensure harmonious relations with all teams
Experience and skills required:
* Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages highly beneficial)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Professional and polished
* The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy, and handling personnel information so as to maintain confidentiality as required
* Experience in general office administration and be adaptable to different systems
* Be computer literate
