Sales Service Coordinator/Sales project coordinator + bonuses

Based in the City, a global communications company are seeking an assistant to provide support to their busy and outgoing International Sales Team. If you have previous experience in sales support with customer service and or project coordination this is a perfect role to build and hone your skills in a global leading brand as a sales coordinator.

The ideal candidate for the sales coordinator role will be an outgoing and highly communicative strong administrator who enjoys working in a very fast paced environment; the role itself will be assisting with the full process of a new order from advice on the specialist products to the end product being received by the client.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that all tasks and duties are executed within set SLA's and/or agreed timeframes at the highest quality levels.
• Running a 'Triage' process to classify incoming requests from the sales team, working with the sales team to clarify requests when required.
• Managing the Backlog cue to ensure that requests are prioritised correctly and ready to be progressed by the Service Delivery Team.
• Processing of service orders received from the sales team.
• Providing expertise to the sales team across L-band and GX services to ensure Sales have accurate pricing and product information on the services Inmarsat provide.
• Performing adhoc activities, as required by the Commercial Manager
• Working on Sales Enablement work to assist in Educating the Sales Team. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing advice, Training Sessions, generation of Sales Packs.
