Procurement Manager - Architecture/Interior Design

A luxury London based design studio that creates stunning, bespoke residences and interior spaces is looking for an exceptional and ambitious Procurement Manager to join their vibrant and hard-working team.

As Procurement Manager, you will need to be methodical, mathematically minded, super organised and efficient with a keen eye for detail. As you will be overseeing the logistical side of several projects at one time, the ability to remain cool under pressure is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare the initial FF&E budget estimate based on GA/concept boards/outline brief
• Create delivery and fund request schedules
• Obtain supplier quotations (for standard and bespoke items and negotiate on price/terms)
• Place project orders and liaise with each supplier to ensure every order is delivered on time and to the correct specification.
• Ensure all procurement remains within budget.
• Inspect goods upon delivery with FF&E designers.
• Liaise with contractors and the client's team to organise installation of FF&E.
• Approve supplier invoices for payment and assist the accounts team to complete the final project reconciliation.
• Train and oversee project work of other procurement team members.
• Manage all FF&E projects and installation on site, making sure the team are not overspending in terms of money and time.
• Overview of procurement on all FF&E projects
• Report on commercials for all these projects and putting together budgets.
• Full reconciliation of project spend on completion.
• Use ESTI PC (ordering software)
• Place orders and make payments online.
• Push on relationships with suppliers and building new ones
