Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, capable and reliable Receptionist to join the largest National and Regional multimedia content publisher in the UK on a temporary basis, starting immediately.

Based in their Headquarters in Canary Wharf, you would be the face of the company and the main point of contact for the office. The HQ is home to around 7000 employees, so it is a very busy and fast-paced environment. They have an on-site café/canteen area for all employees and also an on-site gym which you will be able to use after work hour. It is an exciting and dynamic environment right in the heart of Canary Wharf.

In a nutshell, the role will involve meeting and greeting all visitors and clients; answering all incoming calls and correspondence; supporting with overflow admin work etc.

As the first point of contact for the company, you will need to be immaculately presented at all times with a willing and friendly approach. Ideally, you will have experience and knowledge of operating a switchboard and an understanding of Excel.

You will be covering the current Receptionist's maternity leave, and therefore you will need to be free immediately until approximately January next year. This is an amazing opportunity for a trustworthy and willing receptionist who is looking to gain experience working for a dynamic and growing media business.

This will be a Monday to Friday role, and the hours are 8:45am to 4:45pm. As this role is to start immediately, you must be free to start straight away and also interview at some point towards the end of this week.
