Our client, a rapidly expanding leading consultancy based in stunning central London offices, has a fantastic opportunity for a part-time HR Administrator to join their team.

A stand alone HR position, this role would be perfectly suited to someone looking to build on their experiences, with the confidence and gravitas to implement protocols and ensure they are adhered to.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

  • Holiday and sickness administration
  • Recruitment administration
  • Legal administration
  • Typing up contracts
  • Starter and leaver processes
  • Performance/probation reviews Updating benefits
  • Screening CVs
  • Liaising with candidates
  • Organising interviews

A great role for an experienced candidate with the ability to put in place an HR structure and bring everyone in line with the new procedures. A dynamic and energetic team, it will suit those looking for an inclusive environment with a good social buzz. Candidates with a strong academic background or CIPD qualification will be beneficial, however those with strong initiative and work ethic will be vital.

**Hours are part time however this would be 5 mornings a week rather than 2-3 days a week**
