We are so excited to be working with this innovative tech company based in really cool offices in Central London.  Working in a recruitment team of hugely ambitious and intelligent individuals who are all striving to make a difference, you will be required to support them with a variety of different tasks.  The team are responsible for engaging new talent within the business and creating a flawless process in which candidates apply and interview for roles.  Daily duties will include:

•    Scheduling a high volume of interviews whether that be face to face, video conference or other means
•    Liaising with recruitment agencies in setting up interviews
•    Being the first point of contact for all candidates for any queries
•    Providing an excellent customer service for all new starters, hiring managers and all candidates
•    Meet and greet all the candidates as they come into the business
•    General administration
•    Preparing interview packs
•    Support on ad hoc projects

This is a really busy role that requires someone who is ambitious, driven and who is passionate about learning new skills.  Experience in scheduling a high volume of meetings and interviews is essential as is the ability to multi task and work well under pressure.  Some recruitment experience would be preferable but not essential.  They need someone who is energetic and willing to go the extra mile.  This is an amazing opportunity so get in touch today!
