TEMPORARY HR ADMIN ASSISTANT - £13/£14 PER HOUR
Our client, a UK wide regulatory body, is currently looking for a temporary HR Admin Assistant to support the Team in their administrative duties for a period of 3 months. This role is a fabulous opportunity for someone who has worked in a generalist HR environment.
Your key responsibilities as HR Admin Assistant:
- Organising meetings and taking notes
- Preparing new offer letters and contracts
- Ensuring that all pre-employment checks have been carried out
- Preparing documentation for new starters/finishers, changes of terms/salary/pension information
- Managing purchase orders and invoices and updating the database with accurate information
- Assisting with monthly payroll paperwork and administrative duties
- Support the launch of a new HR system
- Recruitment administration - supporting the drafting of job specifications, advertising roles, managing applicant tracking process, setting up interviews
- Updating The HR information on the company website
Key requirements:
- Previous experience as a HR/Recruitment Administrator/Assistant
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player
- Generalist HR experience
- Proactive and friendly attitude
