Global Marketing Executive
This is an in-house Marketing role working for a Training and HR Development consultancy which sits in a marketing department responsible for developing compelling content driven marketing campaigns that are rolled out globally.
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in implementing the global consulting marketing activities. They will help produce global marketing materials and project manage campaigns. A key element of this role is to drive leads by designing, delivering and managing email campaigns in our marketing automation tool. We are looking for previous professional services experience and a university degree.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation
· Design and build workflows in Marketo that use the content to capture leads and nurture them down the pipeline
· Proactively manage these workflows to ensure they continue to deliver the best results for the business
· Manage regular email campaigns including designing emails to best practice guidelines
· Undertake regular A/B testing to understand what works and build that into future campaigns
Digital Marketing
· Update consulting content on the company website
· Promote consulting campaigns and content through our social media channels
· Monitor analytics and report on the digital success of campaigns
· Produce social media cheat sheets and toolkits for local marketing teams
Marketing and Business Development
· Produce and distribute external marketing materials
· Draft external communications content for emails, webinars, presentations and blog posts
· Proof read content and collateral
· Support regional marketing teams to deliver prioritised global campaigns at a local level
· Organise and promote external webinars
· Support and conduct market/competitor research
Project Management
· Communicate with stakeholders and subject matter experts within the business to collect feedback and input on projects
· Liaise with agencies and other suppliers for cost estimates, timeframes and progress updates
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous marketing experience ideally within a Professional Services environment
· Proven project management capability
· Experiencing using a marketing automation tool would be an advantage
· Previous experience using a marketing email system
· Previous experience using web content management software
· Competent in the use of digital marketing / social media channels
