PA / EA to VP Engineering and VP Product
London

Responsibilities
- Provide support to our VP Engineering and VP Product and be their primary point of contact for all daily administrative needs
- Manage the two VP’s busy and ever-changing calendars including sending out meeting requests, scheduling interviews, arranging conference calls for the team and travel when required
- Assisting in onboarding new hires (from ensuring correct access to all tools is arranged to having shiny, new equipment ready and waiting)
- Planning ahead and ensuring everything is in place for team huddles (booking meeting rooms, setting up AV equipment, ensuring everyone is briefed ahead of the meeting – this can sometimes involve there being beer!)
- Organising offsites and team events (internal team events and external industry-facing events eg. tech events,coding events)
- General help managing documentation, budgeting, devices and accounts (from domain name management, third party billing to testing, ordering and managing devices and SIM cards)
- Handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Generally be friendly, helpful and willing to muck in when needed!
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years experience supporting at the executive level
- Experience managing multiple schedules, projects and facilitating travel
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google for Business and Microsoft products (Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Nice-to-haves
- An interest in tech and product development would be great
- To have worked high growth / short time line business
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- A self-starter who is comfortable with constant change
