Our client, an independently owned boutique recruitment consultancy, are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Office Manager to join their team in Central London. This role is the centre of the office and the company, and involves supporting the team and ensuring the efficient running of all aspects of the business. The office manager wears many hats so Utilities, HR, Admin, Finance are all part of this role; you will be dealing with invoices, credit control and payroll while also managing all marketing and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience gained within a busy corporate sales environment. They must also have excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail. They must be flexible, resilient and confident with the ability to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment. This is a part time role; you will be working 3 days a week and it is up to you to decide which days you would like to work.
Our client offers a competitive basic salary, a pension scheme, health insurance, 25 days holiday (+3 at Christmas), wine o'clock (4.00pm Friday) and a quarterly social. There is a really great team environment in this bright Central London office.
