Our client an insurance firm based in the city are looking to hire an HR co-ordinator. You will be providing administrative support to the HR team. Tasks would include but not be limited to updating the applicant tracking system, uploading interview feedback forms, generate contracts, compile new starter packs. Be the main point of contact for all HR queries, you will be the face of HR. Assist with all logistics and be responsible for all ad-hoc tasks eg invoicing.

Successful candidates will have excellent administration experience and have a passion for organisation and admin. They should be able to prioritise work load with good time management and be keen to improve systems to make processes more efficient. Good Microsoft office skills & an interest in HR is beneficial but not mandatory.
