An outstanding opportunity has become available for an ambitious, career driven and focused Team Administrator to join a close knit private equity based in Victoria. This position is to support a team of 7, the company is growing and at the moment there are 25 employees. They are based in Victoria. 
This is a newly created Team Administrator role and it has a real potential to grow. 
The main areas of the responsibilities are: 
Salesforce database management
·    Business card scanning/contact entering and management 
·    Updating Salesforce with team meetings

Marketing support
·    Maintaining and updating team marketing materials
·    Co-ordinating press releases for deals
·    Organising email shots to CF contacts
·    Organising corporate finance visits and event/hospitality organisation

Management for initial business inquiries 
·    Logging new opportunities
·    Filtering out and rejecting unsuitable opportunities (where possible)
·    Deal inbox management

Deal/portfolio support
·    Replying, filing and ensuring correct keeping of NDAs
·    Legal document filing
·    Co-ordinate master docs version control with lawyers
·    Chasing/filing management accounts and other management information
·    Organising board meeting dates (where appropriate)
·    Setting up and maintaining deal folders
·    Checking/sorting out companies house filings

General administration
·    Organising team travel
·    Diary management
·    Expenses processing
·    Team meeting/IC minute taking
·    Email response and management - e.g. if away for the day, first line of response
·    Mergermarket, Realdeals, market intelligence and reviews - seeing what deals we missed etc.
·    Taking phone calls if team are busy
·    Organising completion dinners/booking restaurants etc.

This superb Team Administrator role offers a competitive salary of up to £26k. Successful candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
