I am looking for a well rounded Bi-lingual Receptionist of Italian and English! You will be reporting to the HR Manager and in some cases directly to the member of the Executive Board and founding partner of the firm.
The company is a Wealth Management organisation which is based in Green Park.
Your role as the Receptionist would be to ensure that all visitors are attended to either face to face or over the phone. You will be the face of the organisation and supplying information.
Duties:
- Answering Internal and External calls and transferring as needed and/or taking appropriate messages
- Greeting all visitors to the company including Clients, suppliers, contractors and delivery personnel
- Escorting visitors to meeting rooms
- Booking meeting rooms
- Checking invoices
- Preparing refreshments for visitors
- All general administrative duties
- placing stationary orders
Experience:
- Fluent in English and Italian - any other languages being a plus!
- Very well presented with a professional attitude
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritise where needed
- Experience in administrative procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Literate in MS Office
