SENIOR HR ADVISOR TO DYNAMIC HEAD OF HR FOR TOP MEDIA CORPORATE IN LONDON, £45-£50K

The Head of HR you will report into is one of the most exciting HR Figureheads to learn and develop your skills alongside.

Senior HR advisor duties:

• Handling a client base of 10 UK Group companies all with International offices across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas
• Working with some of the most dynamic Entrepreneurial CEO's in the Media world
• Be responsible for full Generalist support within a Team of 4 in a fast paced, creative and relaxed culture
• Assist the Head of HR with the management of the HR Team, helping to develop and enhance their skills
• You will induct Senior Staff into the Group at Director level and above

Experience in a practical sense is far more important to this Head of HR, therefore the ideal HR candidate will:

• Have strong knowledge of Employment Law, Immigration legistlation and very much be the "go-to" person on these issues
• Have wide experience of Employee Relations issues, disciplinaries and redundancies and ideally TUPE
• CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential
• Excellent understanding of Employment Law with the ability to translate and communicate this simply and effectively to Senior Management
