Catering Assistant/ Runner: Successful Media Agency

This is a fabulous opportunity to join this inspirational company.  The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, positive and have great attention to detail. They are looking for someone who is productive, happy to get stick in and has previous catering experience. Ideally they would like someone with previous media experience but personality is crucial for this role, as they have a very social buzzy atmosphere.  

Some of the duties will include;

• Assisting with new business and marketing departments including; pitch theatre, video editing and film etc.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Maintaining meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Restocking the kitchen.
• Organising and distributing post.
• Assisting the facilities team.
• Covering reception when busy.
• General Ad Hoc duties.
