Graduate Receptionist - Classical music

This is a fabulous opportunity  for an individual who has a passion for classical music to work for a world renowned organisation in this niche industry. As front of House Receptionist you will need to be immaculately presented, have impeccable manners and discretion with fantastic communication and organisational skills. You will be the face and representative of the company and as the first point of contact for VIPs and HNWIs, you must have a reasonably sound knowledge of who's who in the classical world.

The role will involve meeting and greeting clients, gatekeeping,  assisting the Operations and Marketing teams on ad hoc projects such as events, auctions and assisting the Directors' PA as and when needs be as well as handle client requests in an efficient and discreet manner.

This is a super opportunity for a charming, polite and friendly Receptionist with a love of the Classical music to work for an amazing company - a degree in music or a background as a musician would be ideal. Candidates must have 1+ years previous office experience role in a similar company ideally. An excellent academic record is essential (2:1 degree or equivalent) as is mother tongue standard English.
