A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive PA/ office manager to join a private property company based in Mayfair. The role involves working as an integral part of a small, vibrant and dynamic team, providing all round support to the company Directors, specifically the MD and to assist in the daily management and running of the office. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Managing a small personal property portfolio of 9 properties across the UK for MD
  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Administering legal contracts and accounting documents
  • Taking Board minutes/ circulating briefings
  • Filing and corresponding to post
  •  Arranging travel and accommodation for Directors
  • Management of personal administration tasks for Directors
  • Running ad hoc personal errands for Directors

They are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, computer literacy and a can do/ positive attitude to work challenges and getting things done are essential attributes to be successful in this role.
