We have a fantastic opportunity for a sparky junior Receptionist to join a lovely boutique Financial Services company in the City, starting immediately.

If you are an independent worker, very organised, happy to get stuck in (and looking for a great first office role working on Reception) then this could be position for you!

Under the umbrella of Financial Services, this company operates in four distinct areas: Accounting, Tax, Company Secretary and Fund Administration. They are doing extremely well, and currently looking to expand.  As company Receptionist, you will be the face of all four areas and the one to meet and greet all who pass through the office.

The team are great - social, open-minded and always looking for a kindred spirit to join the ranks. That’s not to say they don’t work hard however! They are an extremely driven group of individuals, and during their ‘busy season’ in particular everyone is working to full capacity at all times. This means that the atmosphere is buzzy, engaging and inspiring.

As Receptionist, your daily ‘To-Do’ list will include:

  • Operating the switchboard, and transferring calls
  • Greeting all visitors
  • Processing internal/external mail and cheques
  • Booking couriers and taxis
  • Maintaining office supplies – plus any other ad hoc tasks required!

The position is a really brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to build up office experience in a friendly and motivational work environment, within a great team of likeminded people.

This is a 6 month contract role, with the view for it to turn permanent for the right candidate. The salary is £20,000 per annum and ideally they would like someone who is available immediately.
