A creative world-wide advertising company, based in Paddington is searching for a highly organised, hardworking, inspiring and approachable team assistant to join their senior level department. The right candidate will have notable skills in performing PA duties such as booking international travel and managing meetings in their previous roles and proven experience of assisting a team. This is an exciting role that would truly suit someone who enjoys a creative office atmosphere but is driven by hard work and being the most efficient and reliable point of contact for their colleagues and clients. The right team assistants would be someone who thrives from the opportunity to provide a smooth, seamless and comprehensive support to their team.

Some key duties include:

• Assisting the Communications Director and Chief People Officer
• Complete and submit expense claims
• Office support
• Assist the team in all areas of PR and New Business when requested

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong PowerPoint skills a must

Desirable:

• Educated to A Levels or equivalent
• Experience using Keynote
