This is a unique and interesting opportunity to work for a world renowned, highly prestigious boutique organisation in the Music/Antiques world which is looking for a top-notch Receptionist/Administrator at their lovely and friendly office based in Central London.

As the Front of House Receptionist you will need to be immaculately presented, have impeccable manners and discretion with fantastic communication and organisational skills. You will be the face and representative of the company and as the first point of contact for VIPs and HNWIs it is important you are able to represent the company and maintain the high level of service and professionalism of this organisation.

The role will involve meeting and greeting clients, gatekeeping, office maintenance (supplies, stationary ordering etc), assisting the Operations and Marketing teams on ad hoc projects such as events, auctions and assisting the Directors' PA as and when needs be as well as handle client requests in an efficient and discreet manner.

This is a super opportunity for a charming, polite and friendly Receptionist with a love of the Classical music to work for an amazing company - a degree in music or a background as a musician would be ideal. Candidates must have 1+ years previous office experience role in a similar company ideally. An excellent academic record is essential (2:1 degree or equivalent) as is mother tongue standard English.
