EA/PA to CEO with Projects for a Luxury Brand

One of our high end luxury brands based in Central London are looking for a highly organised, dynamic and switched on EA/PA with projects to support at CEO level. The role is a fixed term six month contract.

The role will involve supporting at very senior level and carrying out a range of duties. These include extensive diary and travel managment as well as organising the CEO. Travel documentation production will be required along with producing reports and PowerPoint presentations. The role is very fast paced and demanding and will require a super organiser with fantastic multi-tasking skills. In addition, the position includes senior level projects to work on, so the ability to troubleshoot and be able to see a process through from start to finish is critical.

This role is a mixture of both EA/PA and Projects. Previous experience gained as a EA/PA at top level coupled with the ability to manage projects simultaneously is required. 

The ideal EA/PA candidate will come from a high end fashion/luxury/retail environment, posess an understanding of how the industry works, and posess excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to be calm under pressure, able to meet deadlines and be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable liaising confidently at senior level.

The role is to start immediately and is for a fixed term of six months.
